Dom is doing the lunchtime Newsbeat programme and then nervously watching ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ 2 at 9
Carrie is going for a dentist appointment and then this afternoon she's helping some magazine editors to do radio interviews.
Aled is preparing to take over the early shift from Monday by deleting as many old e-mails as possible, he then has playlist this afternoon and a dinner date with Matt Fincham and a record company!
