Chris - is doing a spot of shopping, then he might be having a secret appointment, then he's going for a run and then he'll be going out for dinner
Dave - is up to more secret projects then he'll have a kip and then he might go curtain shopping
Rach - is going round Dana's tonight to do Davina's DVD - they might do it in the conservatory
Carrie - is on the hunt for some curtains - she needs three pairs and then she's going for lunch with a couple of girlie friends
Dom - is presenting the Oddbox and not a fat lot else
Aled - is doing a report into Welsh radio, going to the gym with his trainer and then having a meal with Alex/John/Mike from Fearne's show
