CHRIS has his 2nd day of physio and accupuncture today, then, he might have an exercise bike session and some people will be coming round to fix his phone for the 5th time - he's had no phone line since they installed it. Plus, he's having lunch with Kate Moss this afternoon*

DAVE has an assortment of fun jobs today, and he'll also be morris dancing with Beverley Knight later*

DOM has a life drawing class with Jimmy Somerville* and he'll be presenting the lunchtime Newsbeat

TINA has a work meeting, then she'll be sorting a phone upgrade and having a para-gliding lesson with Brian Blessed*

ALED has a social media meeting, then a quick sleep, and then Uncle Nicolas Cage will be coming round to take him to see his new film*
