CHRIS - after the podiatrist yesterday, he'll be practicing his walking at home! He'll then do some training before heading into the studio this evening with Dizzee to work on some new remixes* He'll then watch a movie before going to bed.

DAVE is planning an Easter Egg hunt with Toby Anstis and Jeremy Kyle*, then doing some other jobs whilst looking for his car log book.

DOM has another meeting at 2pm. He'll then be designing a new airing cupboard for the Redknapps* and having fish for tea!

TINA is presenting the lunchtime Newsbeat, then heading home to pack for her holiday before going to the Emirates Stadium for the Arsenal/Barcelona match. After the match she's going for a drink with Thierry Henry*

ALED has a meeting with some VIPs, then a playlist meeting, he'll be having a little sleep and then having all of the hair on his body waxed off*
