Chris - will be getting his car fixed after some kids broke his wing mirror, then he's going to experience Steve's table of pain, baby oil and big hands and then in a weird twist of events, he's babysitting Dave's child tonight.

Dave - Jayne and Nicole are out today so he's going to have some 'me time'

Tina - is going to a boring meeting and then sending Matt Fincham an important email

Rachel - has yoga at lunchtime and then she's working out to Davina with Dana

Dom - is Oddboxing today
