Chris - is going to have a cup of tea with his mum, then he's recording a voiceover for Sport Relief then a having a little run

Dave - has an afternoon on his own...so he'll probably sleep (that's how rock and roll his life is these days)

Dom - is presenting the Oddbox today and then he's interviewing Jennifer Aniston

Aled - is seeing his trainer, then having a quick sleep and then having dinner with a friend tonight

Tina - has a doctor's appointment, then she's going for lunch with a boy...who's just a friend

Rachel - is back from her course so will be busy in the office today
