The team is back in London - so what are they up to?
Chris - is going to see his friend Ricky from online for a cup of tea, then he has an appointment to make his feet better again, and then this afternoon he's going to be training and unpacking his bag and dirty washing from North Wales
Dave - has a short meeting with Tim Westwood in his imaginarium, then he has to tidy up the house as Aunty Edna is coming around
Aled - today he has record company appointments, a doctor's appointment and a gym appointment (joy)
Dom - is sleeping and gyming it today
Tina - is catching up on Flash Forward, having a deep tissue massage and having a long sleep
Matt - will be catching up on all his emails, then he has a string quartet rehearsal tonight - they're currently working on a cover of Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance'
