Chris - is having physio on his leg and then will be training this afternoon. Later on he will be playing computer games and will also be packing his bags for Bangor.

Dave - is going to spend a long afternoon in his Imaginarium with Roy Walker (again!)

Dom - is recording the Odd Box and then probably going to the gym/sauna again

Tina - might be doing more singing with Yvie later, but she will definitely be packing her bags for Bangor and attending a Sport Awards Show tonight

Aled - is finishing Project Bangor planning and then will be packing his bags for Bangor

Matt - will be finalising all the details for next week, filling in lots of risk assessments, packing his bags for Bangor tonight and then collapsing in a heap
