Chris - it's his last day in the gym this week, then Super Leeds United are on the telly tonight, it's his friend's Jodie's birthday drinks tomorrow night and then on Sunday he may go for a run

Dave - is off sick, we wish him a speedy recovery etc.

Aled - is going to Cardiff for a conference and then taking part in a World Record tomorrow, then he's going to Edinburgh

Sam - unlike Aled's glamourous weekend, Sam is D.I.Y-ing. Rubbish.

Matt - is going to a big family gathering tomorrow and then he'll be continuing his house hunt

Dom - might be going to Sheffield, but if not, he'll be looking after his new guinea pigs and watching Liverpool beat Manchester United

Tina - isn't working this weekend for the first time in ages; she's having her boiler serviced (!) and then just relaxing generally
