Tina - is going out for lunch and then she has a TV meeting this afternoon for 'Up For Hire' on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳3

Aled - is DJ'ing in Manchester

Freya - is going out for a meeting with Chris and then doing some video conferencing with our New York office (no - I lied, we don't have one, I'll just be sitting in the office)

Matt - will be going for a run tonight and then he's going over to his sister's house for dinner
