Chris - is going for a coffee with his 2 producers

Dave - has had to rush off to appear on a live TV show at midday today

Dom - is doing the OddBox today and then having a sleep

Freya - is going for coffee with Chris then is doing some training and catching up with a mate

Matt - is compiling the Golden Hour, going to yoga, going to a meeting this afternoon and then catching up on some new music tonight

Aled - is having some record company appointments and then going to the gym

Tina - is off to see 50% of a tennis match with Roger Federer today
