How does the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ in Cornwall justify its disproportionate coverage of the Labour party during the general election?

Labour had no MPs in Cornwall in 2005. It had a lower share of the vote in the Euro elections and couldn't even get a unitary councillor. This election has shown that labour is not one of the 'big' parties in Cornwall so why does the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ insist on disregarding its own policies and guidelines. Labour was given more coverage during the general election not substantially less as your own guidelines would suggest. Can you promise that coverage of labour will be dramatically reduced in the future - as there is a clear lack of support for them compared to conservatives and liberal democrats - or is all the talk of policy and guidelines merely a cover for bias towards London-centric parties after all?
