Seems that we are still being kept in the dark with regard to whether Mr Folkes is or has been receiving council tax benefit and housing benefit whilst solely existing on his annual councillor allowance payment of £12k?
What more has he to hide if he cannot answer that relatively simple question - or do we dig deeper to see if he voted on any matters appertaining to council tax whilst withholding payment himself - keep pushing Graham, the truth is out there!!?
