So Grimey

Post categories:

Mistajam | 12:34 UK time, Friday, 27 July 2007

Just got back from Ibiza last night - smacked it in Es Paradis alongside Lethal Bizzle and Semtex. Seeing as how I keep promising photos and video but never seem to have the time to put it up (editing a video filmed in quicktime on windows movie maker and then putting it up on youtube takes TIME!!) so instead, here's some fresh videos for you to check out:

Bizzle Bizzle - bad boy video, nice and glossy. Lethal B doing his usual club banger thing. Completely went off in the club last night.

Skepta doing something that we don't do enough in UK music - showing respect to his mum. Shout outs to MummyJam!

Wiley's double A side of My Mistakes/Gangstas - still one of the biggest tracks on the grime scene. If only Wiley had done a video for Gangstas when the heat was at it's peak...

L.Man's Pushin video - very well shot (shouts to Van Boom) video to a song with a great vibe. Should have done bigger things...

and finally:

Will this be big enough to cross Kano over to the top 10 or will he still be stuck in the Layer Cake. Personally, I like what he's tried to do on this but think the production lets it down. A strong remix is called for. What do you think?

I'm off to get some shut eye before I roll to Maida Vale later this evening to catch Nathan's exclusive 1Xtra session for Trevor Nelson's summer residency on the station. I PROMISE to edit up some video and go through some photos and get them up here before the end of this month.
