This 7 year old needs some harsh discipline:

"I wanna do it 'cause it's fun. It's fun to do bad things -- and drive into a car." Reporter: "Did you know that you could perhaps kill somebody?" Milton: "Yes, but I wanted to do hoodrat stuff with my friend"

Wow. Just wow. Expect to see this kid in prison in about 10 years.
