I read that you put up a Christmas tree - that seems strange but is it true?

Why yes, of course it is. I have one for family reasons but you know I do detest Jingle Bells, White Christmas, and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

Oh, I see. Well may I wish you Happy Holidays or Seasons Greetings or something like that?

Why not do what I do - I unhesitatingly wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
