The ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ weather map
this morning suggested the only cloud in the land is outside our window, so perhaps your desire for blue sky is not as strong as mine. But as it happens, this lovely photo has arrived:
"Herewith a picture of Bergen, taken last Monday while on holiday with my 91 year-old mother. Wonderful weather, fascinating country, would love to go back and explore further.
kind regards,
Anne P.
Beautiful photo Anne (As Roberto would say)
Well - the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ weather map needs it head examined, not only do we have nothing but cloud outside the window here, but we also have the same continuous drizzle we've had for the past 3 days! Drizzle, that is except when it was interrupted by pouring rain, thunder and lightning yesterday :-(
Lovely postcard Anne P.
Mmmm, take me there now ...... Grey skies in Sussex too, Eddie!
Get yourself a quadlatte on my account to keep your spirits up.
Anne - It looks wonderful! Hope you and Mrs Anne Snr are having a great time after all those problems! Look forward to full update! (not sure if you'll see this but hey ho!)
So they made it to the boat then? That's real progress!
Cheers Anne.

Anne - there are some lovely webcams on this page:
try some of the other views on the left.
Weather Watchers,
Not to brag or anything, but we've had continuous dry weather, and even when we've had the odd bit of grey, it's been bright grey here on the !
Y'all must be Easterners. We could actually do with a bit of rain....

Sunny here at the moment. I just planted out some veg and salad things so it won't last long...
Anne P, what a beautiful photograph. I hope you and your Mum had a wonderful time.
Lovely photo Anne - Norway always looks so nice & clean! Did you have a good time? Did your Mum manage to pole-vault into that bunk?
Grey in merseyside but the sun's just trying to peep through!
Great Photo which inspires me to send a photo to ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ PM.
And now the weather report from Northern Ireland: sunny & very warm.
Hope you had a good trip, Anne P
Roberto (11) - What is the weather like in Miami?
Hm. So EdIgle's got the global warming today . . .

PS EdI - that's a joke, btw :-)
It's a hot day here.
Anne - it looks lovely.
My neighboour-across-the-street loves Norway and is going there again this year to celebrate his 60th anniversary of motorcycling (on his bike and camping by the side of fjords - he's 76)! He has the most amazing pictures in his home where everything just looks so clean and fresh. It's on my list of places to visit.
I hope you had/are having a great time.
Jason (8),
Thje best thing for your new plants would be a nice bit of rain.
;-)

Lady P, do I come across as that immune to humour? ;-(
No thunder last night, but it looks a bit like rain is on its way.
Bask away, you west-coasters!
Noooooooooooooooooo EdIgle, course not. It's just you're a long way away and it doesn't always travel well :-)

Stand by for a photo from Roberto :-)
Lovely photo Anne. Glad you enjoyed the trip. Was it like that the whole time?
Warm and sunny here too. Too warm in fact -- still humping boxes. Wish me luck for tomorrow?
Appy - of course, much luck!!
Frances O - I don't often get a chance to say this but - "Naughty Step, Now!"
Appy, that's disgusting behaviour. Get off that box, NOW!
What a lot of froglicking here today! It must be the blue skies above us.
Appy, don't do your back in will you?
Frances O - Now you have to admit that I'm pretty good! I mean sending you to the Naughty Corner before you said that. Psychic, I am!
I feel sure that RJD's 23 is in response to Frances' 24 -- but how????
And tsk tsk Frances, by the way! :-)
Thanks everyone - holiday was great after its shaky start. I'll try to post in more detail in a bit, still catching up with stuff.
No - tsk tsk Appy!
Really, Appy, you should expect a fnarr fnarr for that...
ps, good luck for today :-)
Thanks all -- I'm all humped out now!
