Comments

  • Comment number 1.

An injunction from the High Court forbids an ex-wife from communicating about her matrimonial affairs, effectively prevents her speaking to the Press, Inland Revenue,
Registrars of the Family Division and MPsa

  • Comment number 2.

Can this very knowledgeable witness explain how many injunctions protect Banker's pensions? Legal Practices? Commercial enterprises? If partially lifted do they prevent the commissioner from recovering tax payers money?

  • Comment number 3.

It has been suggested by one legal commentator that the number of gagging orders was about 300 per year ...........about 4000 I suggest since 1979.
Will we ever know if this medieval deprivation of the human right to communicate has continued in spite of Declaration of Human Rights being written into law?
