A widget for iPlayer Radio
From Richard Leeming, Executive Producer for syndication at ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Audio & Music Interactive...
So here's a new toy for you to play with and I'd love to find out what you think about it. We've recently built a nifty little widget called the iPlayer launcher which, er, launches the iPlayer streaming the radio network of your choice. That's all.
We've already put it up on . And now we've made a out of it too. Coming soon we'll be making widgets for a variety of other sites too. But if you plan to add it to your iGoogle page now I'd be interested to hear any feedback.

jamcamuk - the button marked 'tear-off' should give you code to embed in an html website - please let me know if that works for you.
Thank you

Or at least make the scroll speed fast.
Those microseconds count!

Cant seem to get it to work on igoogle either. You rollover any station, and it changes to play, however nothing happens? using ie7, works in firefox, when you click it launches the normal player in a popup.

I was hoping it'd be a yahoo-esque widget in that it'd enable me to play bbc radio straight from my desktop. i dont do social networking other than to keep in touch with a few obscure friends and i certainly wn't be adding this widget to my facebook just to go on bbc radio.. make a widget for the desktop then let me know. Cheers. Uzi
