Celtic Connections launch concert

The launch of the 2012 festival programme took place tonight at ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Pacific Quay and was broadcast live on Mary Ann Kennedy's Global Gathering programme with guests Donald Shaw, The Ross Ainslie Trio, Rab Noakes, Chasing Owls and Sol i Serena.

    Wonderful show. I was able to catch this and its amazing how stunning and varied Celtic music can be. Its comforting to know that there is an escape from the mundane conveyor belt chart toppers. Real musicians, playing real traditional music.
