2. HAND HELD CONSOLES

A no brainer really, the worlds most popular handheld gaming console is a hand luggage essential... made for gaming on the go. Now you may also wanna consider the slick looking PSP Go for your portable gaming needs, although sexy as it is, the thing that lets it down is the games available. The DS beats it hands down be it Mario, Zelda, Pokemon or Professor Layton.. and you can even mess around with the new inbuilt camera to play about with your holiday snaps of friends and family. Perfect for the kids), Look out for the new 3D DS dropping later this year.

4. MP3 PLAYERS

Now standard procedure you're gonna wanna be hearing all your wicked man tunes ALL summer long, especially during those long waits at the airport and travelling on the plane. We all know Apple's iPod's are the best selling MP3 players in the world, but if your looking for a cheaper alternative this summer

This has been lauched as a serious rival to the iPod Shuffle.. not only is it the same size as a packet of chewing gum, available in 5 colours, has a handy loop design so you can hang it on your keys and still get amazing sound quality, its also cheaper than the iPod shuffle! (Result!)

If you own an iPod then your probably going to take that on holiday with you, but what happens when you wanna go for a quick swim in the sea or dip in the pool?? Then this has your answer!
