Maybe baby...

Simone Smith | 21:07 UK time, Tuesday, 15 June 2010

eileen_eps11After much contemplation, Eileen's been happily preparing to foster a child with 'good mate' Raymond. But to her horror, she's fallen pregnant. After opening her heart to Liz, it's clear that she finds the reality of bringing up a baby, , terrifying. And now she's planning a termination. Should she go through with it?

Understandably, the thought of approaching 70 years old and attending your child's 18th birthday party is daunting, feeling the embarrassment from peering eyes and worrying about how 'unnatural' it all is. But if the love and support is solid -

I think its great that Eileens pregnant. Its given Raymond and Eileen a second chance of life and lets face it they would be very happy together as parents again.Eileen and Raymond allways end up together and Eileen does have strong feelings for Raymond allthough she keeps denying it.I wish them all the best together they know each other so well and Raymond would be their for her and the baby. And that baby would be so much loved and cared for all its life thats for sure as they are both kind and caring and loving people, and the baby would want for nothing as it would be their pride and joy and would be very much loved.I hope Eileen does not go ahead with the termination i hope Raymond finds out and stops her making a big mistake. She should just tell him and settle down together and be happy.Lifes too short and to be given another chance of something as precious as another baby is just wonderful. They have had so much sadness over the years what with the sad loss of their daughter and their son in prison and of course the loss of Shona when she died, all very heart breaking. Its time they had some happiness together.

I don't feel good about Eileen and Raymond becoming parents again. They never mention they're daughter who tragically died. And rarely mention their son, who is still alive! Hardly role model parents. Maybe they'll be better this time around, but I doubt it.
