Shieldinch with style
Jack's desperate attempt to entice the masses to 'Just Gordon', with his 'pink pound' promotion, had us in stitches. Thanks to Molly's scheming ways, the salon was invaded by a blue rinse brigade with alleged tendencies.
Hayley did cut through the nonsense to make Jack see sense, showing her maturity and admiration for her boss. But did we see that little snog coming? Not a bit of it!
Jack's a good pal of her dad! And is snogging the boss ever a good idea?

Michty me that two were cringingly awful but the last lassie was excellent what a real talent she had.Liz as usual is so funny some of the things that she comes oot with is hillarious.Mind you Molly is awful funny too especially the one liners she comes oot with. When she said about Bernie hes bicurious, that was so funny. As for poor old Charley being taken in by Molly working as a government assasin that was hillarious the things that she was telling Charley.Thankfully Jimmy put him right somebody had to.As for Jack snogging Haley, oer missus that wasnt expected. I fair enjoyed it, best programme on tv.

Hope the Lee/Ambuuurrrrr stroy is concluded soon. Makes me feel v uneasy seeing her being manipulated away from her friends.
Yes, I know it's a programme, but I expect we call all relate to some of the things the charachters are going through - gangsters notwithstanding :)

And Elainesp - do you think Jack and Hayley's kiss took them as much by surprise as we were?

I think Jack was going for her cheek originally, so there must have been an element of surprise for both. LOL You do realise I need to get out more :)

I'd seen the tension develop over the last couple of weeks as they found a new level of respect for one another. I thought it was going to happen when hayley touched his hand, but when it cut to Stella I was very disappointed & thought I'd have to wait a wee while longer, then it happened & I was so excited I was jumping on the bed! The kiss was so sensual & released so much longing. I hope they don't leave it at that, I really like Jack & Hayley is developing so well as a character. (I'm not sure how long she's been in it, I've started re-watching the show in the last few months. I used to watch it every week but then I moved to London, so thank you ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ for iPlayer!!) Gordon can't complain about the age gap, there was a decade, AT LEAST, between him & Ruth!!
Thank you for the show & keep up the good work!! xx
