Jim Stokes' Six Nations XV
- 5 Mar 07, 09:46 AM
Here's my team of the tournament so far:
15 Clement Poitrenaud (Safe, great hands and a good counter attacker)
14 Shane Horgan (Literally head and shoulders over any other contenders)
13 Brian O'Driscoll (You could play him anywhere, but outside centre will do)
12 Gordon D'Arcy (The best attacking midfielder so far this season)
11 Jason Robinson (Still a great finisher)
10 Ronan O'Gara (Peerless this season. Now up with the greats)
9 Dwayne Peel (Always keeps the opposition back row interested)
1 Gethin Jenkins (Solid, lively, and a good pair of hands)
2 Rory Best (Superb scrummager and a good darts man)
3 Martin Castrogiovanni (An animal at scrum-time)
4 Paul O'Connell (No peers. Ask England)
5 Marco Bortolami (Like O'Connell, a great motivator, leads from the front)
6 Serge Betsen (Still a hard man. Not someone you would mix it up with)
7 Mauro Bergamasco (Great openside, just edges out David Wallace)
8 Denis Leamy (Quietly, and very effectively, does all the work that a number 8 should do)
Here's our Six Nations XV aggregated from all our selections.

Too many days spent standing at Gibson Park has affected your judgement.
No David Wallace?
And as for Rory Best- it will not be too long until he is penalised for delaying the throw in when he fails to hear the call!

A good 15 there i like both flankers a lot and would agree with there selection but Leamy? Chabal is the best 8 in the northern hemisphere
