Veteran conductor Charles Dutoit takes up an Italian theme with Berlioz’s intoxicating Roman Carnival overture and Respighi’s Roman trilogy.

Rarely heard in full, this triptych of flamboyant orchestral showpieces paints a vivid picture of life in the ‘Eternal City’.
