About This Event

"Messiaen : Des canyons aux 茅toiles 鈥�

Can music be any more epic in its scope than this? Messiaen鈥檚 score is rooted in the rust-red rocks and the calling birds of Utah鈥檚 Bryce Canyon, but takes aim beyond those bright blue skies to the stars and unknown galaxies beyond.

So responding to Messiaen鈥檚 Interstellar Call, in a live edition of 鈥淭he Listening Service鈥�, Tom Service seeks fellow musical occupants of interplanetary craft for an odyssey through the rocket-fuelled dreams of space and time, to infinity and beyond鈥�
