Bryn Williams
Bryn comes from Denbigh, in North Wales, but has spent much of his working life in London.
In 1997 he started working under Marco Pierre White at The Criterion, before moving on to Le Gavroche, then to the Orrery. In 2006 he became head chef, then chef patron, of Odette鈥檚.
