12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
300²µ/10½´Ç³ú Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 medium carrots (around 400g/14oz), peeled and cut in half lengthways
800g/1lb 12oz potatoes, peeled and cut into 4–5 chunks
½ orange, finely grated zest only
fresh orange zest, to decorate (optional)

Tins, packets and jars

1 tbsp tomato ketchup
7 tbsp (around 85g/3oz) mayonnaise
300ml/10fl oz hot chicken stock, made with ½ chicken stock cube
2 tbsp plain flour
85g/3oz sage and onion stuffing mix

Cooking ingredients

salt and ground black pepper
½ tsp dried mixed herbs or dried thyme (optional)
100g/3½oz orange flavoured milk chocolate, from a ball or bar, broken into pieces
vegetable oil, for greasing
