Due to a technical issue听we are, unfortunately, unable to offer playback of live streams on some听TV devices. The issue was investigated by the 成人论坛 and Vestel, who are the manufacturer for these devices, however a resolution couldn鈥檛 be found
If your device听is affected, you will be unable to watch live streams from the Channels menu, live event streams, or from prompts that appear on the TV broadcast to select to watch from the start.
On-demand content is unaffected.听
Devices which have been impacted will include the following configurations:听
- Vestel听TV 2015 MB110
- Vestel听TV 2015 MB110 FVP
- Vestel听TV 2015 MB120 FVP
- Vestel TV 2015 HIGHEND FVP
To see the System Information for iPlayer on your TV, open iPlayer and head to Settings > Settings & Help > Help > System information.听
The models below have been identified as affected,听but any device听with the above configuration will also be impacted.
