They've got to have balls (English/Dutch)
In Switzerland there is a city with the name Kloten. In Dutch kloten is quite a naughty word and means "balls". I used to have a Dutch colleague who used to swear obscenely: Kloten van de bok!, literally "the goat's balls!". No offence intended to the good citizens of Kloten.

Pretty much the same goes for Romanian and the Croatian city of Pula or the currency of Botswana. Pula in Romanian is the vulgar name for the male genitals. Almost all Romanian who go to Croatia take a picture with the city sign or send a post card to create hysterics back home.
There is a town just north of Leiden in the Netherlands called Voorhout. Pronounced 'for hout' it is an unremarkable name until you mention it to German speakers. They are very amused that people could live in a town which name sounds just like Vorhaut, the German word for 'foreskin'.
Not to mention the Dutch village of Rectum. It really exists - it's not too far from Bathmen.
The question is of course, do those men bath their rectum as well?
