I write words and phrases on a yellow sticker. I stick it on the kitchen window and when I'm washing up I can memorise the words. I also stick them on the piano, so when I practise the piano, I also memorise foreign words.

I do the same except I write the foreign word on one side and the equivalent word in my language on the other side. I then quiz myself and check the other side. After each successful quiz, I bend a corner. If I get it wrong, I unbend it. All 4 corners bent means I throw out the post it.
