Then, my sister decided that she needed the toilet, and asked my Dad what to say. He told her and she went off. Coming back she looked rather upset. Obviously, she must have misheard him, because instead of saying: Où sont les toilettes?, Where are the toilets?, she said: Nous sommes les toilettes, we are the toilets! We've never let her live it down!
