We arrived at Portland House at 10:15pm and sat outside to
wait for everyone, as we sat there Sandra and I were made aware of the presence
of a very powerful man, but knew he wasn't a threat.
Once inside we began to set up the equipment, at this point
myself and Dave were aware of a prsence in the reception area with us.
I knew it was a man, Sandra and I had picked up on that, as
we sat outside, myself and Dave could feel the cold as he moved across the room,
at which point the blinds began to move.
Working with spirits is not to be taken likely, it can be dangerous, and we may
even find this out ourselves in time.  |

We realised that it could have been movement from the electric
fan, but when Dave switched it off and the blinds carried on moving, we knew this
was a spirit.
We split into two groups. We sat at the table in the kitchen
area talking when we all heard a noice, which me Glen and Ian went to investigate.
It was a calendar that had fallen off the wall. But as we sat
at the table we could hear voices coming from one of the rooms.
It was people talking quite loud, but not loud enough to hear
what was being said.
At this point I was told by a spirit that I had to put a glass
on the table to do a physical circle - this is another way of getting the spirit
to communicate to us - after a few moments the glass started to move.
when this happens, the spirit concerned likes to introduce themselves by going
around to each person one at a time to say hello, they like us to say hello back
to show they are not a threat.
But Jane was frightened by this and told the spirit to go away
and leave her alone, all the man wanted to do was to make contact.
I had to assure Jane that he was not here to harm anyone, at
this point she calmed down and the action started.
The communication was good between us, and later a spirit called
Mary came to the table.
There were many other spirits felt, but there was nothing out
of the ordinary to cause concern.
In the other buildings at the back we went inside, the smell of death was very
pungent to the point where I could not stay inside, I had to go very quickly.
Orbs were caught on camera and only one on video.
I feel it was a very productive night and a lot was gained
by the experience of working groups.
It is important that we work as a team to keep everyone from
harm.
