Vocal coaches – Carrie and David
Carrie and David Grant are the country's best known vocal coaches, first coming to the attention of the British public through Fame Academy and Comic Relief Does Fame Academy.

Carrie was established as a top session singer, having worked with artists such as Diana Ross, Roberta Flack, Rod Stewart and the Lighthouse Family.

David had achieved considerable successes as one half of the British funk duo Linx, achieving four top 20 singles and two top selling albums, before going on to have a string of solo hits, achieving some 14 hit singles in total.

Carrie and David teamed up to release their own MOBO Award winning album Watching And Waiting in 1998.

They have vocal coached Take That, Lemar, the Spice Girls, Will Young and Charlotte Church among many others, and have been asked to coach artists throughout the US and Europe in recording studios, TV studios and at live concerts.

They have also released an award-winning DVD, You Can Sing, and a successful book, Total Singing Tutor.

They are passionately involved with helping people to learn to sing. Amongst the numerous television programmes they have appeared in, they fronted their own ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Two series Facing The Music, which was nominated for a Royal Television Society Award.

This year Carrie and David were awarded a prestigious BACSA (British Academy of Songwriters and Composers Awards) for their services to the music industry.
