Like Pudsey, the bandana has become synonymous with ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need and by buying a bandana and wearing it with pride you really will be making a difference.

Put it in your hair, tie it around your wrist, turn it into a neckerchief, put it in your back pocket, wear it like Superman, use it in a three-legged race, make a spotty flag for your window, wear it like Pudsey; there are hundreds of ways to wear it – how will you wear yours?

The bandana is on sale in Asda (from 7 November), Boots (from 21 October) and from the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Shop (available now) with at least 70 pence being donated to ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need from every sale.

To help keep you warm and snug, both on appeal night and through the chilly winter months, B&Q have created a cosy Pudsey fleece blanket and pillow, on sale from 1 November.

Pudsey is such a versatile bear; from pin badges, to Pudsey ears, to soft cuddly bears, to hot water bottles, he looks great on anything, and this year we have some great Pudsey goodies on sale. So, get with the Bear and show your support for ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need.

Bring Pudsey to life with just a needle and a ball of wool with King Cole's Pudsey knitting pattern! This is the perfect chance to use your knitting skills to help disadvantaged children and young people around the UK; so do your bit and join the Pudsey knit! Patterns are £2 and all proceeds go directly to ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need.

Asda raised £2.5m for Children in Need in 2008, and this year they have produced even more fabulous items in honour of the Bear for all the family.

For female Pudsey fans there are two new trendy T-shirts from George. Wear them to show your support for ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need, the range is on sale from 1 November.

Historically, one of the UK's favourite ways to raise money for ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need (apart from sitting in a bath of baked beans!) is to organise a cake sale.

This year Lakeland has a great collection of products to make sure your beautiful baking is "Pudsey Approved". The range includes a Pudsey cake mould, Pudsey wooden spoon, Pudsey cookie cutter and Pudsey cake and muffin cases, so you can have a cake sale that the Bear would be proud of. And there is always the Pudsey tea towel for washing up the cake bowl!

To celebrate Terry Wogan's 30th Appeal Asda has created a retro T-shirt for any stylish males wishing to show the world that they are "With the Bear", in store from 2 November.

Each year the TOGs (Terry Wogan's band of loyal ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 2 listeners) raise an incredible amount of money in aid of ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need.
