Businesswoman Jo Malone continues to mentor ordinary people with big retail dreams from across Britain, joined by fellow business pro Nick Leslau and a selection of industry experts. Together, they help nurture the budding entrepreneurs, all of whom have a great product which they believe can be transformed into a commercial success.

In tonight's episode, Jo and Nick help two business-partner pairings desperate to enter the challenging sector of children's nutrition and toy retailing with new products that must not only appeal to children but also to the parents who are responsible for purchasing them.

Primary school teachers Jo Jones and Kay Miller live in the heart of rural Shropshire and have created a play kit that encourages outdoor fun and allows children's imaginations to run wild. Jo and Nick help the women transform their part-time hobby into a must-have children's concept, with the aim of attracting a leading toy store to stock it nationwide.

Meanwhile, husband and wife Paul and Maria Stricker have quit their lucrative city jobs and invested their life savings to create a healthy drink for children. Developing a product that is both nutritious and tasty is tough enough but, with expert help, they have just eight weeks to formulate a product that could secure them a place on the highly competitive supermarket shelves.

Jo and Nick enlist the expertise of Ella's Kitchen founder Paul Lindley, Little Dish's Hillary Graves and leading toy manufacturer David Strang. In the competitive worlds of children's nutrition and toys, Jo and Nick find that making these entrepreneur's high street dreams come true is certainly not child's play.

Three top chefs from Northern Ireland – Brian McCann (Shu Restaurant), Derek Creagh (formerly of Deane's) and Niall McKenna (Restaurant James Street South) – compete in the latest heat for the opportunity to cook at a fabulous banquet celebrating the wealth of delicious UK produce, hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales.

With this year's competition being all about truly local produce, there's an extra challenge for the 24 competing chefs – sourcing new food suppliers from a small part of their region.

The inspiration for Niall McKenna's fish dish – shellfish with seaweed butter – came from the National Trust's Castleward estate, which has a dramatic setting over Strangford Lough. Niall met with local fisherman Norie Duggan to see the variety of shellfish available from the lough, and he also scoured the shores in search of seaweed. His starter is quail with asparagus, sweet radish and quail egg dressing; his main course is fillet of Shorthorn beef with bone marrow, ox tongue and broad beans; and his dessert is poached rhubarb with strawberry jelly, yellowman toffee and lavender ice cream.

Brian McCann began the hunt for his ingredients at Castle Coole, near Enniskillen. He found lamb on the estate which he is using for his main course of rack of lamb with slow-cooked shoulder, sweetbreads, asparagus and champ. He also visited a nearby butcher to find the pork for his starter of slow-cooked pork belly with peas, morels and wild garlic. His menu is completed by seared hand-dived scallops with brassicas, roasting juices and dulse (seaweed); and strawberry and elderflower jelly with warm doughnuts and duck egg ice cream.

Derek Creagh sourced his ingredients from the Causeway Coast area, heading to Rathlin Island to meet with fisherman brothers Liam and Benji McFaul. Fishing is one of the islanders' main livelihoods. After seeing the produce Derek decided to use some locally caught crab as part of his fish course: black sole fillet with crab, dehydrated smoked salmon, rock samphire mousse and oyster vinaigrette. His menu also includes pork terrine with liver mousse, pickled Jerusalem artichoke, hawthorn essence and smoked hazelnuts; loin of lamb cooked in hay with buttered carrots, champ chip and confit lamb belly; and strawberry parfait with basil ice cream, slow-roasted strawberries, black pepper meringue and strawberry soup.

Veteran chef Richard Corrigan judges each of the courses, awarding marks out of ten for taste and technical ability. The chef with the lowest score leaves the competition on Thursday, with the two remaining chefs cooking for the Great British Menu judges – Oliver Peyton, Prue Leith and Matthew Fort – on Friday.

Royal Wedding, a one-off drama written by Bafta-winning Abi Morgan, is set against the backdrop of 1981's much-celebrated marriage of the then Lady Diana Spencer to HRH Charles, Prince of Wales.

Married to aspiring musician Johnny, and mother to a teenage daughter, Tammy, Linda Caddick dreams of escaping her small-town existence and doing something more with her life.

Linda and her colleagues in the local factory are beginning to feel the effects of Margaret Thatcher's free market policies when they find out they are losing their jobs. Her best friend, Bev, is furious and vows to extract revenge on factory boss Alan, while Linda dreams of using her pay-off money to travel – and she believes her secret affair with married Alan holds the key to her leaving her old life behind.

Meanwhile, daughter Tammy is busy making preparations for the street party to celebrate the Royal wedding. An idealistic teenager, Tammy idolises Diana and dreams of finding her own Prince Charming.

On the day of the wedding the neighbours are bought together at the party to celebrate. The sun is shining and everyone is in high spirits. Tammy has organised a Diana lookalike competition to be hosted by local DJ, TJ – and she is desperate to impress him – while Linda is planning her escape with Alan.

However, as the day goes on the optimistic mood begins to fade, as the neighbours' lives unravel, secrets are exposed and hopes are shattered.

It's another week in Rosie's bright and beautiful world on CBeebies.

On Monday, Raggles wants to play his own game of Hide And Eat and he's quick to dash off to hide in the Maze while Rosie starts counting. But Rosie is distracted when Will asks her to help him break his speed record in the Go Speeder, and then Big Bear needs her help to find his missing toffee apple. At last Rosie realises she has forgotten all about Raggles. How will she find him, and will he forgive her?

Holly has a crisis of confidence on Tuesday and her natural dancing ability disappears too. Rosie tries to help but it's only when Oakley offers to teach her a few of his favourite dance moves that Holly's dancing inhibitions dissolve.

When Raggles boasts to Will on Wednesday that he has beaten Rosie in a race, he doesn't know that Rosie let him win. Buoyed by his achievement, Raggles challenges Will to a race. Rosie offers to help Raggles with his training and Bluebird volunteers to be Will's trainer. When it comes to the race both Will and Raggles are tired out with training and Rosie declares the race a draw when neither competitor reaches the finishing line.

There's a Bossy Bluebird on the loose on Thursday. Raggles is tetchy because his penny whistle is missing; Will has been scolded for swinging too high; Big Bear has been told to tiptoe quietly through the woods; and Oakley's been ordered to stop creaking and rustling. But who's behind all these bossy commands? Bluebird! She can't sing her dawn chorus due to all the noise in the garden, so she has decided to take matters into her own wings and stop everyone making any noise. Thankfully, Rosie comes up with a solution which makes everyone happy.

Finally, Bluebird doesn't seem herself. All she does is sit in Oakley's branches watching all the other birds emigrate. Sensing Bluebird may leave them, Rosie and the others set out to show her what wonders their little world has to offer.

Dominique, Iolo, Kat and Prabhat are the four brave warriors lining up to be blasted into the future, as the sci-fi drama game show continues. They arrive on the heavily fortified floating Roboidz base, Future Gate, to help their part-human, part-machine mentor Caleb fight off the menacing Roboidz machines in order to save the human race.

The new recruits face a battle of challenges to test their nerves and their powers of logic. Face Off, Flame Thrower, Overload and Battlezone are just some of this week's daring missions. The contestants need to use their bravery, dexterity, logic, stealth and strategy to overcome the towering robots in order to gain valuable bio rods. And they must keep their wits about them to avoid the threat of being vaporised and eliminated from the game.

Lindsay Duncan (Doctor Who, Rome) voices Cybele and Neuros, the good and evil alter egos of Roboidz creator Laura Gant, and Stuart Goldsmith stars as Caleb.
