No food or beverages should be brought into the venues; these will be removed on search and confiscated. This includes sweets & chewing gum.
The bars at the venue do stock snacks and there is also a Hot Dog kiosk, however we advise you to eat before arriving at the venue.
Free drinking water is available on request at bars throughout the venues.
Should you require the items for medical reasons please make this known to the security personnel on the front door who will contact the Duty Manager & medical personnel to discuss this in private. Alternatively if possible contact the Venue via email in advance of the show.
Disabled Access

Sage Gateshead is fully accessible with a range of free mobility, parking and general visitor facilities. Raised viewing platforms will be available throughout the venue subject to capacity (20 in Hall 1, 5 in Hall 2 and 12 in the Concourse).
There are 26 reserved parking spaces for Blue Badge Holders to the immediate rear of the building, three to the West Side in the bus turning circle and four in the main Car Park.
There is a hearing loops system which enables individuals with hearing impairments to enjoy the performances in the main Halls (Hall One, Hall Two & NRFH).
When arriving, booking tickets or if contacting the venue prior to your visit, please let a member of the Customer Service Team know any relevant information and access requirements you may have so they can help you enjoy your visit.
Carer / Companion tickets are available for this event subject to the following criteria:You will need to support your request with current medical documentation to validate your request. We accept this in the forms of;
- DLA Entitlement Letter – stating levels awarded (middle or high rates)
- AFIP or War Disablement Pensions – stating percentage awarded.
