Hailing from one of the most iconic rap outfits, legendary rapper and producer RZA and DJ Mathematics of the almighty Wu-Tang Clan take over the 6Music airwaves for two hours. They'll be playing hip hop from across the spectrum and the tracks that have been sampled by the genre. With a career that has spanned nearly three decades, the Staten Island natives have released a total of seven studio albums, that including their seminal debut album, Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) in 1993 and most recently 2017's The Saga Continues.

Beginning in his home neighbourhood of Alphabet City, Huey guides listeners around all five boroughs, dropping in on the well-known musical spots and the places that only a local would know.

Here's another chance to listen to this four-part series, which sees British saxophonist Soweto Kinch go on a journey of discovery in Harlem, a few square miles in northern Manhattan which have given the world great musical riches. First broadcast on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 2 in 2009. Episodes two to four will be broadcast on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at 4am.
