Matthew will be posing a question about films that you relate to. Here鈥檚 how to send us your contributions...
The best way to record your messages is using the Voice Memo (Apple) or Voice Recorder (Android) app on your smartphone.
Check the recording quality is set as high as possible. Press record and hold the phone to your ear (as if you were making a phone call) while you record your message. This ensures the microphone is in the best position.
When you have recorded your message please save it with your name in the title and email it to soundofcinema@bbc.co.uk.听
