Twelve years ago Alison Criado-Perez's twenty year marriage ended in divorce. In shock at her situation she returned to nursing, gained a diploma in tropical medicine and went to work for , the French, organization, taking her to some of the most violent places on the planet. Alison joins Jenni to explain the pleasure and challenges of reinventing yourself in your fifties.

There is a growing tribe of people in their twenties and thirties forced to live in their family home because they can鈥檛 afford to rent or buy. According to the Office for National Statistics, 3.3 million UK adults in their 20s and 30s now live with their parents. That鈥檚 1 in 4 adults between the age of 20 and 34.聽

According to the housing and homelessness charity , if this growth continues, then by 2040, 50% of 20-34 year olds will be living with their parents

Soaring rents and house prices are pushing the prospect of independent living further and further away for many young adults. We ask parents about the financial and emotional costs of keeping their grown-up family under one roof and the challenges of life as a parent of the so-called boomerang generation.聽
