The rise in estate agents facing financial difficulties, is there really such a thing as sustainable fashion?, and what one European country is doing to combat physical inactivity.

The number of estate agents facing significant financial difficulties has risen over the last year.
Figures compiled for You and Yours by the Local Data Company show there has been a rise in the number of companies failing in every UK region since 2017.
In the last 12 months the number of estate agents in the market has fallen by 3% and letting agents by 4%.
We speak to Graham Norwood, the editor of Estate Agent Today, about why the market is shrinking and what this means for people buying and selling property.

Many companies in the fashion industry have come up with strong mission statements in which they promise to be more ethical and sustainable.
But can they really live up to these pledges?
We talk to Anne-Marie Curtis, the editor-in-chief of Elle, about this and why her magazine has decided to dedicate its September issue to sustainability.
We also ask if shoppers really could be persuaded to pay more for their clothes if they knew it would lead to fair pay, better production and working conditions.
