Special concert hosted at City Halls in Glasgow as part of Celtic Connections celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Gaelic college, Sabhal Mòr Ostaig. A star-studded line-up of musicians and singers mark how the college has influenced and inspired them and note its impact on Scottish culture and heritage.

Leading musical luminaries affiliated with the college and performing on the night include Julie Fowlis, Donnie Munro, Christine Primrose, Margaret Stewart, Fergie MacDonald and friends, Sian, Dàimh, Dòchas and Peter MacPherson. The house band features Musical Director Mhairi Hall, Marc Clement, Patsy Reid, Fraser Stone, Ingrid Henderson and Angus MacKenzie. Dr J. Decker Forrest leads a pipe band ensemble and students from the BA (Hons) Gaelic and Traditional Music course perform.

Celebrating 50 years of Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, the evening is hosted by Ewen Henderson and Joy Dunlop.
