Loch Lomond: camping by-law
Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority introduced a camping by-law in June 2011 in an attempt to reduce misuse of the park, including littering, damage to the environment and anti-social behaviour. Camping is now outlawed on a stretch of the eastern shores of the loch between 1 March and 31 October every year. Representatives of the park authorities, police, local residents and park users give their varied opinion of the by-law and its impact.
