#sextakeover poll: Should it be a crime to send an unsolicited image of your genitals to someone else?

Results from our #sextakeover survey about the UK's attitude to sex and relationships.

On Tuesday 20th November 5 Live is hosted the #sextakeover - a day of programming focussed on sexual behaviour, relationships and attitudes in the UK.

Two thirds (68%) of British adults say it should be a crime to send an unsolicited image of your genitals to someone else.

Four in five (82%) adults aged 55+ say it should be a crime to send an unsolicited image of your genitals to someone else, significantly more than all other age groups (66% for 35-54 and 51% for 18-34).

Approaching four in five (77%) of adults who are married, say it should be a crime to send an unsolicited image of your genitals to someone else, significantly more than those who are single (55%).
