Episode 6
The final five MUAs take on London Fashion Week. They are booked as the backstage make-up team for a catwalk show, before turning their hand to designing their own looks.
The five remaining MUAs hit London Fashion Week, with the stakes higher than ever.
This week鈥檚 guest judge, Lan Nguyen-Grealis, is a make-up artist who has gained a reputation for her daring and creative looks across editorial, celebrity and fashion. She鈥檚 been the key designer for countless fashion week shows and is taking on the final five MUAs to be her team for one of these shows.
The MUAs meet Lan in the bustling backstage of Freemasons Hall, where the afternoon鈥檚 shows are already underway. After a quick demo, the MUAs are thrown straight in at the deep end, with Lan expecting them to deliver with flawless precision the look she has designed to complement the collection.
The next day at Glow Up HQ, the MUAs get their chance to be a key designer for a day. Each MUA is given a collection of clothes from an upcoming designer, and they must come up with a make-up look which fits the designer鈥檚 brief while also wowing Val, Dominic and Lan.
The two MUAs who impress the least head into the elimination Face Off and must fight against the clock to earn a place in the Glow Up semi-final.
