‘He doesn’t know who I am, but he knows that I love him’
Actor Anne-Marie Duff joined Woman’s Hour’s Nuala McGovern in the studio and spoke about the impact of Alzheimer’s disease on her family.
Her brother, Eddie, is living with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease, after he started to show symptoms when he was 40 years old.
She’s now trying to raise awareness, and says the more we speak about it, the lighter the weight is that we carry.
Anne-Marie was on the programme to discuss her role in The Little Foxes at the Young Vic theatre.
