Hannah Joseph
Hannah is 19 years old and was born and raised in East London. She started dancing at the age of 6 in a local ballet school. To further her training, Hannah joined the Centre of Advanced Training scheme at Trinity Laban, moving on to full time vocational training at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in 2020.
As a member of National Youth Dance Company, Hannah worked with guest artistic directors Botis Seva and Russell Maliphant. In 2019, she was also a member of the Sadler's Wells Young Cast for Matthew Bourne's production of 'Romeo & Juliet'. Additionally, she worked with Deborah Norris on the Ballet Folk piece, 'Sisters of Elva Hill' which was performed at Cecil Sharp House and Shrewsbury Folk Festival. More recently, Hannah worked with Alexander Whitley, performing an interpretation of Rite of Spring at SXSW in Texas.
Currently in her second year at Rambert School, Hannah is looking forward to continuing her training and is excited to share her artistry this year as a part of ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Young Dancer. She would like to thank all the people that have been supporting her throughout her journey so far, with special thanks to the incredible fellow dancers she has been able to share this experience with.
