The ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Philharmonic and Chief Conductor John StorgÃ¥rds bring one of Shostakovich’s boldest symphonies, the Fourth, to the Proms, following Canadian composer Cassandra Miller’s new viola concerto, titled 'I cannot love without trembling'.
