DOCTORS for DOCTORS
What happens when doctors and other health workers working in mental health services get mentally ill themselves?听 Do they receive the same amount of care and help as others?

Dr Raj Persaud is joined by Dave Emson, whose wife Daksha, a psychiatrist, tragically took her own life and that of her daughter last year after many years of hiding her severe depression from her employers and colleagues for fear that it would adversely affect her career, and Dr Michael Peters, director of the Doctors for Doctors Unit at the British Medical Association.听

PSYCHOLOGY OF QUIZ SHOWS
Why are certain quiz shows so addictive?听 And why do people sometimes find themselves shouting the answers to the questions at the telly?

Raj Persaud discusses the role psychology plays in securing the success of a quiz show and discovers some of the tricks employed to get that all important emotional response with听, psychologist and professor of journalism at the University of Sheffield and Alex McLeod, producer of the Weakest Link.听听听听听听

Peak Performance Training runs a programme to improve brain power.听

Raj Persaud gets wired up for a mental work out, which consists of an electroencephalogram and audio visual training, to get his brainwaves working to maximum capacity and talks to eight times world memory champion Dominic O'Brien听who runs Peak Performance Training.
