"We knew we had to perform tonight and the boys did that. I think what was most pleasing was the energy we had to show we knew we couldn't sit back tonight, if we sat in a mid-to-low block we would get picked off because they have quality players.
"We just didn't want to give them the time and space on the ball and we got our distances right and when there was a turnover in possession we managed to commit bodies forward.
"Josh will get the headlines tonight because it was two wonderful finishes but overall I thought the team performance was very good."

Former Manchester City midfielder on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 5 LiveA really interesting first-half I thought Liverpool were going to really put pressure on this changed Wolves team but they have hung in there. The mistake from Alisson gave Goncalo Guedes the chance to poke it home.
But Liverpool finally came through, the crossfield ball from Collins was intercepted, the pass from Trent Alexander-Arnold and the finish from Nunez, incredible.
